no but in vietnam and malaysia (expanding into asia in general), they have a super app like rappi. its called grab which is like a super app for food delivery, grocery grabbing, even transportation services

i think requirements that match from the clients and the business could go on top of the product backlog (tutorial), but i think client-focused changes would be best since they're the ones who are going to be using the app

in relation to the concern abt order cancellation rates, i would say maybe not change the colors of the app but edit the ui to make it more user friendly so a customer doesnt just bail on the app bc of difficulty in navigating the app?

i think it's because they get caught up in the idea but never the execution of it -- my professor explained it through when a car brand was developing a mini van but wasn't sure how to do it, so they brought in a mom who had a lot of ideas (sliding doors so it doesn't hit other cars, etc.)... not sure how to explain it properly, but it's misunderstanding who is actually accessing the app on the daily

I think it kind of connects back to one of our last sessions where larger scale companies start to move away from user-focused because there are a lot more moving parts than a smaller company that have the flexibility of adapting and implement change from field research quicker

yes!! ai is being used to generate products and features, assess/optimize assets, and iterative development (ai will test a product called a minimally viable product, assess risks + issues, then each new iteration includes fixes to those issues)
