when i worked at a trampoline park, i made a weekly promotion where we celebrate special people during hours where not a lot of customers came in (so we can lower the music and avoid harsh lighting). we boosted our sales during those hours and also created a really great program where a need was fulfilled!

This is a slightly more nuanced version of Effort/Impact matrix.

There is also RICE = Reach Impact Confidence Effort.

regarding the dip - feel like knowing the annual month over month percentage might help

this seems like a seasonal trend, with yearly growth. revenue seems relatively healthy

wonder what type of product it is for it to drop around December, where some consumer products typically benefit from Christmas sales.

There is a 10% drop between trial to signup conversion rate that is a bit concerning
โ—
AK
Abbi Kim 5:49 PM
it seems like the trial conversion rate is decreasing, which the signups are critical vs. the temporary trial numbers increasing. there should be something incentivizing people to sign up/boost conversion rate
KP
kayla pham 5:49 PM
Initial thoughts were no simply because the conversion ratio is declining which will eventually affect the product or signups itself
