when i worked at a trampoline park, i made a weekly promotion where we celebrate special people during hours where not a lot of customers came in (so we can lower the music and avoid harsh lighting). we boosted our sales during those hours and also created a really great program where a need was fulfilled!

it seems like the trial conversion rate is decreasing, which the signups are critical vs. the temporary trial numbers increasing. there should be something incentivizing people to sign up/boost conversion rate
