Yes! I have delivered a presentation about how holistic storytelling has helped me be more personable in business because I'm just envisioning it as a big story where I'm trying to coax out details and pieces that aren't too on the nose. You're always looking for what makes a person up and how they've gotten to where they are.

We did this exercise in my team the other day and held “empathy” interviews with coworkers we have work tensions with. The most powerful question was our opener “what can I do to make your job 10% easier?”, as Chris said, it’s a great starting point and really opened up the dialogue and disarmed folks.
